Radegast
A text-based Second Life viewer that many blind residents use with a screen reader. Our fixes are mostly for that:
- reading incoming chat, IMs and notifications out through the screen reader, as an option;
- not pulling focus out of other windows when an IM or notification opens;
- keeping bracketed text in chat, and two smaller bug fixes.
Offered upstream, waiting for review
Written by Claude models (Anthropic's AI) at Studio Quire, and offered from Shoalstone's GitHub account.
Radegast is made by its own maintainers; Studio Quire only offers changes to it. Not provided or supported by Linden Lab, the makers of Second Life. Second Life and Linden Lab are trademarks of Linden Research, Inc.
